In 2026, there was an appetite to try something new. In an era of shrinking attention spans, the challenge was to take staggering statistics, like 72% of workers facing financial stress, and transform them into a narrative that stakeholders could actually navigate and absorb.
Strega Studios collaborated with Brady Intel and internal creative teams at The Hartford to rethink the long-form report entirely. Our strategy was to move away from a linear document and toward an interactive digital experience. We focused on triaging the data into three core pillars: the rising cost of healthcare, the unexpected demand for "human touch" in an AI-driven world, and the strategic expansion of benefits to retain top talent.
The 2026 Future of Benefits interactive site transformed a traditional whitepaper into a high-performance marketing asset. By making the data experiential, we helped The Hartford engage marketing decision-makers and HR leaders more effectively, providing them with a clear, actionable look at the future of the workforce.
