In partnership with Brady Intel, Strega Studios developed From Complexity to Clarity: The Hartford Benefits Implementation White Paper—a flagship thought leadership piece designed to showcase how The Hartford transforms the implementation of employee benefits through data-driven integration and consultative partnership.
Our team led content strategy, narrative development, and visual design to translate a highly technical process into a clear, human-centered story. The result: a 20-page document detailing The Hartford’s end-to-end implementation framework, from pre-sale alignment through live monitoring and customer success.
The work positions The Hartford as a leader in simplifying complex benefits ecosystems, connecting HRIS, API, and EDI systems to deliver reliable, scalable employee benefits experiences. Strega also supported the rollout with companion sales and enablement collateral—including executive talk tracks, sales decks, and training tools—helping bring the implementation story to market in a way that empowers both internal teams and external partners.
