Translating a massive global operation into an engaging human story requires balancing high-level impact with personal connection. IDEXX needed a video that clearly communicated the global scale of their testing solutions while honoring the diverse team of international employees who make that mission possible.

We developed an authentic, narrative-driven film that wove together international employee perspectives with cinematic footage of their Scarborough facilities and real-world water applications. By centering the story on human dedication and scientific precision, we brought the invisible impact of water safety to life.
