Faces of MMG: Celebrating the People Behind the Promise

Operating out of Presque Isle, MMG Insurance has built a legacy of trust powered by a dedicated regional workforce across customer support, underwriting, and corporate operations.

Strega Studios partnered with the MMG team to execute an on-location brand photography campaign that captured the authentic human culture behind their name.

Translating company culture into a compelling visual library requires looking beyond staged corporate headshots. MMG needed an versatile suite of authentic image assets that could support regional recruitment efforts, elevate their employer brand, and reflect their grounded, Northern Maine identity.

We traveled to their home base in Presque Isle to document employees across every department in their natural working environments. Combining environmental portraiture with quiet, candid moments, we captured the genuine camaraderie, focus, and local pride that define MMG’s workplace.

The resulting photography library gives MMG a flexible, multi-channel asset bank for recruitment campaigns, web design, and print marketing, communicating the company’s core values without saying a word.
