Precision in Practice: Diagnosing Canine Lymphoma

Accurately diagnosing canine lymphoma is a high-stakes process for veterinary professionals, requiring a meticulous understanding of complex diagnostic pathways. IDEXX, a global leader in veterinary diagnostics, needed a training tool that could bridge the gap between high-level veterinary science and day-to-day clinical practice. The goal was to take technical protocols and transform them into an engaging, animated training module that reduced the margin for error in the field.

Strega Studios acted as the bridge between the laboratory and the clinic. Our role was rooted in Creative Direction and Narrative Strategy: we worked closely with IDEXX veterinarians to translate medical speak into a digestible, pedagogical script. We then partnered with lead animator Andy Barbo to develop a visual language and craft a high-quality, branded video.

The resulting animated training video is now a training asset deployed by the organization to its thousands of customers. By turning a dense medical protocol into a high-fidelity visual guide, we empowered veterinary teams to approach lymphoma diagnostics with greater confidence and accuracy. It’s a testament to how creative direction can elevate technical training into a premium brand experience.
